TERMS of SERVICE

1. i reserve full rights to refuse a commission at ANY point before final payment and for ANY reason.2. we will work together on the commission process. expect messages of my process as it occurs.
2.1 you can request any major edits during the sketching phase
2.2 after lineart is finished and approved by you, any major edits to it will incur a fee.3. i reserve rights to post any commissions on any of my social media. HOWEVER they will be clearly labeled as commissions and, if including OC's that arent mine, will credit the owner.4. you are allowed to freely share and post any art you commission from me, as long as i am credited. i also prefer to be @'d in the first few posts!
4.1 the exception to this is that it can not be shared on a twitter/X account, because of their AI policy.5. with few exceptions, you may NOT use my art for any commercial reasons, including merch, adoptables, covers, or other without prior discussion and approval from me.
5.1 if i am drawing art for a character that you may later sell, THAT is ok. as long the sole purpose of that character isnt to be sold.
5.2 art that may be used to PROMOTE is also completely approved.6. i only take payment through cashapp & paypal (i will occasionally accept robux or nitro), you will not be able to commission me if you dont have either, apologies.
